Fantastic dishwasher! Quiet operation. Used for 6 washes. glasses and silverware were spotless so I cycled every dish, glass and utensil through to get them tip top clean for Thanksgiving. Third rack for silverware allow me to remove the silverware basket and then more plates and bowls fit inside. Middle rack can be lowered allowing taller glasses/stemware to fit. It is true, one cannot hear it operate while cleaning and rinsing. The only time I could tell it was washing was during the drain cycle a little gurgling was heard from the vent. Price was competitive with brick and mortar store. Installation completed in under 1 hour with screw drivers, pliers, and a drill for pilot holes to secure the anchor brackets. Came with all electrical and plumbing fittings required and a hard copy manual! Would definitely recommend you buy this model.
